However, Marianne just loves to bake traditional french cakes and pastry, like a coconut cake, creme brûlée or even a rustic baguette bread…
All in all, in the 7 years that she’s working with us, Marianne has learned to love baking both the sweet goods and the salty pastry.
We’re sure that the culinary degree she got at a Fernandi school in Paris has helped her skills to excel to a level she’s at now!
