Lucille has always aspired to become a baking pro, as her mother, aunt and sister were all accomplished bakers in Los Angeles, New York, and Boston, respectively.
So right after graduating with the best culinary courses in NYC, she was eager to find a job of her dreams, which she did, at our bakery!
Despite Lucille being the youngest member of our Bakery’s team, she’s definitely got a hand at baking absolutely anything.
Her salty pastry with meat sells out, quite literally, like hotcakes… Her custom-made cakes are a piece of culinary art, and the Biscotti and cookies she bakes with her own recipes are always a hit with our clients!
